Alexa Sends Love From Norway
I occasionally (regularly) stop by Alexa.org to check rankings for my blogs as well as my company. And it is always amusing to to learn what the wide world of the intarweb has to say about me.
Recently I started showing up as being ranked very high (ok very high for me) in Norway. In fact, this blog is ranked #31,284 in Norway. Unfortunately Alexa doesn’t really offer much in the way of insights as to why you rank in any particular way in the world, but my personal research also does nothing to shed light on this strange turn of events.
All I know is that if I decide to change countries again, I know where I’m going! Hell I’m not to far from being an old washed out pop signer in comparable popularity. And if I can get that far without trying, I might actually get to 15 minutes of fame status if I actually showed up and started asking strange questions about why my site has any popularity at all in Norway.
