Took Them Long Enough
As I was browsing through my email, I found a cool new thing.
Direct 2 Drive has finally created a Try & Buy section for downloadable games. You can now download the demo or game trial from your account before you buy it.
No more tracking down a relatively easy to find demo, and then trying to find the right place to buy it. Direct2Drive games also seem to have their prices drop quite a bit faster than the on the shelf versions. So if you find something you really want to demo and like it, you can probably then wait a short while for the price to drop and then buy it.
This all assumes that pirating the game isn’t your first priority…
