The Worker’s Plea

workers plea

This is a note that should probably be posted on every employees office/cube/desk.  All to often companies and supervisors forget that we are not just cogs in a machine.  We are, in fact, people who want some fulfillment in our jobs.

That’s right! More often, managers ignore the need of their mere employees. They should know Maslow’s Hierarchical Needs so they learn to consider everyone.

I would agree. Even if they don’t get that far, just allowing us to do our jobs without running us in endless circles to make things harder would be nice. Luckily I don’t currently suffer from many of these problems.

It would be excellent if they did! Although make sure to check out the Workers Creed to make sure we give back the same sort of appreciation to good bosses.
